The Balkan Alliance of Hotel association awarded restaurant "Captain Cook" for "Best Euro-Mediterranean seafood restaurant in 2011". The ceremony was in the beginning of December at the famous Serbian ski resort Kopaonik.

 

As a member of the Board of Directors of the Euro-Mediterranean Restaurant Federation and vice president of HORES - Association of Hoteliers and Restaurateurs in Serbia, Nedjo Trklja awards the restaurant with diploma and a plaque with 24-carat gold plated.

 

The ceremony was attended by Blagoy Ragin - Chairman of the BHRA and life president of the Balkan Alliance of Hotel Associations (BAHA), representatives of the Balkan Alliance of Hotel Associations (BAHA), the Euro-Mediterranean Restaurant Federation (EMRF), Hotel and Restaurant Association of Serbia, Macedonia Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo. Special guest was Goran Petkovic, State Secretary for Tourism in the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development of Serbia.

 

Euro-Mediterranean Restaurant Federation is a non-profit organization that brings together national organizations of European and Mediterranean countries in particular. It assists its members in the development of tourism industry in the region by supporting and promoting the tourism industry. The Federation was founded in Cairo, Egypt, in April 2008

Best fish restaurant 2009

After "Captain Cook" received the BHRA (Bulgarian Hotel and Restaurant Association) prestigious award for "Fish Restaurant of 2009", it was now awarded a "Golden Prize" for best restaurant. This is the only award of this kind, which was bestowed by the "Travel and Leisure"magazine.
"Captain Cook" is the first specialized fish brand in Bulgaria and currently it’s the most popular and frequently visited luxurious venue for fish specialties. Fish restaurant of 2009. The award bestowed Pavel Naidenov applauded of the Minister of
Economy, Energy and Tourism Traicho Traykov, Sofia Mayor Yordanka Fandakova, many
